Unable to receive OTP notification at overseas

Hi, i just switch my data plan to sim only plan and activate overseas roaming servives. Since then i am unable to receive any OTP notification.. Kindly assist.

Hi @Ciuputra, welcome to Greenr Community. Have you tried to reboot your phone and insert your sim card to a different handset to see if the issue persists? Also, please ensure your APN settings is set to “shwap."
