Hi @mvragesh75, sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Just to check, are you able to connect to a foreign network. Also, please ensure your APN setting is "shmms."

For how to check your APN setting

  • Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names, or
  • Go to Settings > Wireless & Networks > More > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names, or
  • Alternatively, search for "Mobile Network" in your Settings.

Moreover, to find out if your phone is connected to a foreign network. The network name will be displayed in one of the following forms.

"StarHub <Foreign Network>", example "StarHub DiGi"
"StarHub <Foreign Network>", example "StarHub-DiGi"
Sequential display of   "StarHub"  &   "Foreign network",   example  "StarHub"  then  "DiGi"
"Foreign network",  example  "DiGi"

What I meant is , I can use my india sim. But if I use my starhub sim, no signal is showing. You can see the circle marked.

Please try to manually connect to a different foreign network instead.

Please be informed when roaming, your mobile phone will search for the strongest signal in that area to be connected to. However, in cases that you are not automatically connected to the overseas network, you can do a manual selection of the overseas network on your mobile phone.
