Prepaid Happy Roaming Not Working in Cambodia
I have a monthly prepaid happy roam activated for a long time. Now I've just reached Cambodia and none of the 3 listed roaming partners (Smart, Cellbard, Metfone) works.
I'll connect to one of them, prompted me whether I want to allow data roam, i clicked yes but nothing happens. I don't get the usual sms that says I'm able to roam with my subscribed data package.
Please assist asap if you could. Thank you!

Happy Roam is only available at 17 destinations listed here:
https://www.starhub.com/personal/mobile/mobile-phones-plans/prepaid-cards/happy-roam.html
Cambodia isn't one of them unfortunately so the data roaming rate is actually at S$0.50 per 10KB.
If you are going to go to travel frequently, do consider our StarHub postpaid mobile service which you can then add on Data Travel with support for more countries including Cambodia at S$5 for 1 GB over 3 days:
