outgoing calls barred

I use prepaid StarHub Sim in roaming. Can recieve call just fine, but can't make any calls. Help?

Does restarting your handset or placing your SIM Card in another handset help resolve this issue?

hi i had faced the same problem of outgoing call bar, and i just topup without call out or received phone call , how come it deduct my main walllet credit.... kindly assist me....

Hi @Airconman, welcome to Greenr Community. Thanks for joining our growing community. It might be because your outgoing calls are barred, to deactivate that please key in # 330 * Password # SEND.
