No service while roaming

I am in Canada and bought a happy prepaid sim, bought a data package before I left, but now I'm here I cant get any connection. My sim says not registered on network so when I tried all the other steps people have followed nothing is working. I reinstalled the prepaid app and now cant log in because I cant recieve my OTP code. This is really frustrating and I purposefully purchased this sim to use here and now its not even working. I have reset and checked the APN multiple times. Restarted my phone multiple times, checked my phone is allowing data roaming. I don't have another device to test the sim in. Please can this just be resolved asap so I can use the sim as I have paid to do so.

Hello

 

I have messaged multiple times on facebook messenger, took 6 hours to get a reply, got asked for my phone number and then heard nothing again. Any other way to get assistance?

Just so everyone knows, it works now because they reset the roaming services from their side. Nothing I could do myself and it too 2 days to get this sorted.

Im a seafarer im here also in UK and 2 days ago my roaming service is now availble they want to get the account holder which is i only buy this to our agent 2 years ago.. 3days continue message them but until now they still want the account holder..
