NO SERVICE SIGNAL OVERSEAS

Hi, I'm currently overseas (MALAYSIA) and I need to do a few important transactions and needless to say, I'm having No Service for my starhub postpaid.

 

Badly, and really urgently need help would be greatly appreciated...

Hi @Fmarcelino, sorry for the inconvenience caused. Just to check, did you activate your roaming service prior to your trip? Also, please try to manually connect to a network and ensure your APN settings is "shwap."

hi! I forgot to activate actually. Yes, when I check the settings, APN was set to shwap. Any other workarounds I can do?

In this case, please activate your roaming service via My StarHub App. And then manually connect to a foreign network.
