No data services while roaming at Malaysia

Dear supports. I bought the roaming data 2gb/month for my bussiness travel to malaysia. My area only at johor bahru city and around gelang patah area. The data services only works only for 2 days. After since yesterday night i have no data services at all, now i only based on wifi my office and hotel. What kind of roaming plan is this ?. If you dont have overseas roaming plan dont sell to customers, its very difficult for me. Some more you take payment in front. Regards

Are you still experiencing the issue? Please make sure your APN settings is correct and try to manually connect to a network too.

Hi @Devy, sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. Are you on postpaid or prepaid line? Have you tried to insert your sim card in another device to check if the issue persists? Also, please ensure your APN settings is correct.

Hi Carla.

I m using postpaid.
And its not my first tine going to Malaysia.
I already try several times reboot my Mobile.
And its rectified only before i gk back to Singapore last Friday night.
And today i m at malaysia again.

Hi Carla,

Thanks for your advice.
You are right, need to set manually chose the network. And i chose manually
to use my-maxis suring my visit at Malaysia.
Got some delays but its works.
