Mobile network not activating on Sim in China

Hi, my StarHub SIM card is not being recognised as an active mobile network on my phone whilst in China. Previously it was working however now it isn’t. I did swap it to another phone. I have Since tried it in other phones to ensure it wasn’t the phone however it still doesn’t recognise It when I take it off wifi. Is there anyway to get it fixed when I am in China and not able to be in Singapore to visit a store? Thanks

Hi @CWH, sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Just to check, are you using a prepaid or postpaid SIM card?

Hi @Llzhiheng, sorry for the delay in response. Unfortunately, we don't have the authority to approve waiver requests here in the Community. With that being said, please reach out to my colleagues via Facebook Messenger instead for further assistance. Thank you.
