I cannot make international call while roaming

Hello,

I have to make a call to Singapore. I am outside of Singapore currently, with my Starhub sim on roaming, but it is telling me that my outgoing calls are barred. I have tried turning it off but it doesn't work. I have also tried *116* number # but that's also not working since it says call divert is active, when call divert is not active.

Need help asap.

Hi @AsifH, warmest welcome to GreenR Community! To deactivate the call barring feature please dial # 330 * Password # SEND, the default password is 1234. And to deactivate call divert please dial ## 21 # SEND.

Moreover, please try to reboot your phone, and insert your SIM card into another device to see if the issue persists.

Hey Carla,

thanks so much for the prompt response. One query: How do I call SEND? Do you mean 7363?

SEND refers to the dial button on the phone's keypad.
