hi, i did not turn on ROAMING on my prepaid happy before leaving Singapore. I am now in Australia.
What can i do? Help!~

Hi, I’m facing the same problem too! I forgot to activate data roaming and cellular roaming for my prepaid card. Now I can’t connect to any cellular networks in Malaysia and roam. Is there any walkaround to this?
Easiest way is to get the app installed on your mobile.
Can’t remember the exact steps, but I remember is quite straight forward.

Hi DegreeC, you can activate roaming via our Happy Prepaid App. Do remember to activate it before leaving Singapore.
