Happy roam not working g

My number is and I have activated the 7days 1GB happy roam plan but am unable to have access to mobile data. The roaming, data roaming is on but still nothing.

 

 

Edit: remove mobile number to protect customer privacy.

Hi, I'm also having trouble for activating happy roam data in Indonesia.

I already activated it via *123*333#,

changed my APN settings,

turned on my data roaming,

Connecting it to the local carrier (indosat ooredoo),

 

But still it doesn't work.

Kindly help me

Oh dear, that doesn't sound good, @windy09. Does restarting your handset or placing your SIM Card in another handset help resolve this issue?

Hi I have purchase a prepaid happy card and set the APN and data is roaming but I have not been able to use the data yet. Pls assist.

Hi,  

 

I am currently in Hong Kong and having the same issue.  It connects to 3HK network, with the roaming (R) symbol, but I am not able to access any data (I have purchased data pack and made sure APN is set to shppd)

 

Please help as I really need to be connected!

But they asked for Mnc and Mcc code which we are unable to create. Very disappointing

Hi, I am in London now, but the Happy Travel Prepaid Sim is not working. I've connected to 3UK but I cannot get any 4G service. also my value has dropped from $32 to $5 without me using anything. pls send me PM.
