Data Travel

I have subscribe for this data travel last night and about to use it today here in Manila but its not working. They mentioned i just need to connect to our telecommunication here but still nothing. Can someone assist me please.

Oh dear, this is certainly troubling. Have you restarted your phone or tried to log on manually to another provider in Manila?

I already tried many times to click on both our telcom here still not working. Can you check it for me. I attched picture for your view anyhing need to set please advice im using an Iphone  6s. Where will i send or PM my peraonal info. IMG_2436.PNG

I also tried put it in roam on still nothing.

Under the Mobile Data >> Mobile data options > Roaming if OFF 

Roaming is required.

or picture  point 4.
