Cannot receive the OTP roaming to log in the app.

I am having troubles to login again and I need it to top up the card and continue with the service.

Hi @Mccy, did you activate roaming prior to your overseas trip? Also, please try to restart your phone and re-insert your sim card to see if the issue persists.
