Understanding Your Bill

We get it - bills can be really confusing at times. Instead of cracking your head to find out what that value is referring to, let us give you some tips!


Here are two scenarios why you might be seeing more than what you expected in your bill.


#1 - New Mobile Customer

For example, if you have signed up in the middle of the month with a plan of 3GB, your data will be pro-rated to half of the total, 1.5GB till the end of the month. Hence, if you were to exceed 1.5GB of data, you will then be charged extra.


The same applies to your calls and messages.

#2 - Existing Customer (Switch Subscription Services)

If you have changed your subscription services recently, there are two things you will have to take note of. 


  • You will be refunded the amount that you already paid for (for the old plan) from the day you changed your plan to the end of the month.
  • Your new plan will be pro-rated from the day you changed your plan to the end of the month.


Now that you know some of the process of the bills, hopefully your phone bills are much clearer to read!
