My SH TV contract going to end.

There isnt any letter or email to get hold of ur old regular customer....

I only got a sms say extent bb by 1mth 

so any deal for ur old regular customer?

If you will also terminate your fibre broadband, please bring the following items below:

  • ONT/VeONT
  • Fibre Power adapter for ONT/VeONT
  • Network LAN cable
  • Fibre patch cord

The service will be terminated accordingly once the equipment has been returned. Do note that a disconnection fee of $32.10 applies. Thank you.

@Carla_P I’m also up for renewal. I’m on homehub 1gbps plus fiber TV plan with 4 basic groups and smart tv recording

Questions:

1) can I keep my current fibre tv box and smart tv recording if I renew with the my contract with new TV+ packages

2) what is the cost for 2 x tv+ passes and 1gbps broadband? Is it as stated in your response earlier - “2 TV+ Passes, 1Gbps at $45.90/month with 24-month contract”? 

3) is the smart tv recording option @$4 per month still available after contract renewal?

Hi @Makuk, thanks for your interest to recontract. Here are the answers to your questions.

 

1. Unfortunately, you can't keep the current Fibre set-top box you have as we have to collect your Fibre TV Set-Top Box at the same time when we deliver the StarHub TV+ Box to you. Moreover you will not be able to view StarHub TV+ content on the Fibre TV Set-Top Box. 

 

2. For this question, I was talking about the requirements to be eligible for free access to Disney+. I suggest that you sign-up for our HomeHub+ 1G plan priced at $64.90 per month with a 24-month contract which includes 1 TV+ Pass, 1Gbps Fibre Broadband, and Netflix. For more info, click here. For TV+ Passes, you can get more at $15/month. Find out more info here

 

3. Sad to say, the Smart TV Recording VAS is no longer available on the new StarHub TV+. However, we now have the Time-Shift TV feature which allows you to navigate through the TV Guide to watch programmes that have aired in the last 24 hours. Please note that Time-Shift TV is available only for selected channels.
