How to Sign Up for StarHub’s HomeHub Service via Online Store?

Get the best entertainment bundle with StarHub’s HomeHub+ plan where you can enjoy unlimited entertainment on StarHub TV+ and Netflix, plus superfast broadband, all in one bundle. What’s more, you can switch between Netflix and StarHub shows with ease. The best part, you can watch it anytime, anywhere on any device. 


Want to sign up now for HomeHub+? You don’t have to visit our StarHub shop nor call our Sales agent to do so. Simply go to our Online Store and follow the steps below.   

STEP 1: Visit the StarHub Online Store to browse for the product/s you want.  

STEP 2: Select your desired plan and contract duration then “Subscribe now” when ready to order. 

STEP 3: Log in to your Hub iD account. 

STEP 4: Enter your address to see it is Fibre ready. Click “Confirm Installation Address.”  

STEP 5: Confirm your delivery address and selected plan or deal. Click “Subscribe NEW HomeHub Plus 1G” or “Subscribe New HomeHub Plus 2G,” as applicable. 

STEP 6: On the Cart Summary page, customize your order.  

  • Under Fibre Broadband, you can add routers if you wish to.  
  • Under StarHub Entertainment, you can customize your Entertainment Pass, Devices, and Value-Added Services. 
  • Under Devices, you can add additional set-top boxes.  
  • Under Netflix Subscription, you can select your Netflix Subscription plan (e.g. Standard, Premium) and nominate your email to be used for Netflix account.  
  • Under Digital Voice, you can select your Digital Voice number based on your preference. 

Once done with customizing your order, click “Proceed to Delivery.” 

STEP 7: Under Order Summary, review your order before proceeding to check out. 

  • Information and Delivery – Review billing information and contact number.  
  • Delivery and Installation 
  • PDPA Consent– You can opt out of this if you do not express PDPA consent for StarHub Additional Purposes and for StarHub Preferred Partners. 
  • HomeInsuredTM– You can select ‘No’ if you do not need this 
  • Payment 

STEP 8: Tick the checkbox “I have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions” to accept the Terms & Conditions, and then click “Submit Order.”  

STEP 9: An order confirmation will be sent to you after the above steps. 

There you go! It's that simple!
