How to cancel your scheduled DataTravel?

Do you have a scheduled DataTravel Asia-Pacific and/or DataTravel Global but no longer need it? Worry no more, because you can cancel your scheduled DataTravel. Simply follow these steps.


Step 1: Log in to My StarHub app.
Step 2: Click on “Roaming” and select the mobile number.



Step 3: Scroll down to view DataTravel Asia-Pacific and/or DataTravel Global that you have scheduled.

Step 4: Click on the scheduled DataTravel plan that you wish to cancel.

Please note that scheduled DataTravel Asia-Pacific and/or DataTravel Global can only be cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled activation date/time. If not, you will not be able to cancel the scheduled DataTravel.
