You need to top it up to keep the card from expiring

Hi @mkovalev, like what @Tan said, you need to top-up your card before its expiry or else you won't be able to use your mobile number anymore.

Carla, thank you so much ! What is the validity period of my SIM card - prepaid, acquired at 2017 ? Can I use it for, let us say, 10 years more, if I will Top Up regularly ? If the SIM will stop working, will I be able to order a new SIM to Russia ? I love my Singaporean phone number, WhatsApp linked to it. Also, I receive OTPs from some resources.

You may check your StarHub prepaid card credit balance and expiry via the StarHub Prepaid App. I highly advise that you top-up before your card expiry so you can continue using it. Sadly, you can only buy StarHub Prepaid SIM card here in Singapore and we don't ship them overseas.
