Westgate starhub, did they do porting from prepaid to post paid ?
I really give up after spending hours on the starhub online store.
I select the NON CONTRACT PLAN $25/mth to the basket and
1. under number selection, put "port from starhub prepaid"
2. put down my prepaid sim card number
3. click "yes", I own this number
** there is a temporary number indicated underneath
4. click expand the agree to the "number porting term and condition"
!!!!! 5. unable to click the "NEXT" button
i am patience enough (i read some blog, some ppl said need to be patience)
to wait for next step, i do not know why
the "next" button do not turn "green" (i am not allow to click the next button) !
so i stuck there again and again (i tried many times this process).
AND BEFORE THIS, I TRIED USING BOTH LAPTOP AND MOBILE,
it allowed me to step 5. click next, but when come to a screen asking me to
scan the QR code and follow instruction, it just stuck, i am back to
the online store screen again. I did the same steps, put
item to basket, repeat the steps 1 to 5 as above, again give me the QR code and
turn me back to online store screen.
I really don't know what is happening.
Now please tell me, is Starhub Westgate branch doing the porting of prepaid card to post paid ?service ? Jurong point is too far for me.
