Urgent! My Prepaid Number Not Yet Expired But Show No Services

Hi, my prepaid number not yet expired however it shows no service. May I know what should I do?

Hi @annsat, warmest welcome to GreenR Community! It looks like you're currently outside of Singapore, right? Did you activate your roaming service prior to your trip? If not, please activate it.

Yup. Now I am outside Singapore. I wish to reload my phone to extend the expiry date however it shows no services.

I have active roaming before that. In this case, what should I do?

Please try to manually connect to a network, and ensure your APN settings is set to "shppd." Also, try to reboot your phone to see if the issue persists.
