Starhub Prepaid No Signal & Services

Hi Starhub, I cannot receive any signal and services for my phone number. I believe it under suspension as I couldn't reload/top up as well.

Is there any grace period as the phone number is very important for me. Could I extend the validity of the mobile number by topping up the credit? Pls help
