Redirected webpages

I m using starhub prepaid 30day data plan for my tablet, recently topup. For the past 2 days whenever i go online i keep getting redirected to their f** website. Starhub trying to purposely waste my money is it?! Thanks to this, i cannot access my website and had to ad-lib a presentation to a client. Nearly lost a business! 

I want an explanation for this. I dont care what excuses u give, this had better be fixed asap. I have another presentation next week and this had better be fixed by then or u can bet I will be paying a visit to your HQ
