Number not on network

Hi,

 

I'm trying to log into my prepaid all but it says the number isn't registered. Is anyone able to assist with this?

Chances are your prepaid card is too long and has expired. Meaning that you might not have used your card before or you havent topped up your card for quite a bit. You may want to give 1633 a ring and see if the number is still active. If it's not, I guess you probably have to get a new sim card. Because there is no reactivation for Pre-paid cards.
