Hello,

I was using a starhub prepaid number since December 2018. But in February 2020, I went to oversees and unfortunately got stuck due to the lock down situation. Presently, my number shows "invalid/deactivated". How this can be reactivated?

Hi @SumantaB, sad to say, we won't be able to reactivate a SIM card once it expires. In that case, we advise you to please buy a new StarHub prepaid SIM card instead. Also, kindly top-up your main wallet before you fully utilized it or before the credit expiry to avoid SIM card expiration.
