Just to add onto this, mobile number is registered on my name, an linked to my passport. So i m the end user, i understand the security check like this is important as pin numbers will be deliverd to the phone. But i dont how will get a ownership document. I am an prepaid customer but want to move to post-paid,, But without bank account i cant do all this. And i need to open a bank account asap.. So kind of stuck with only this, i have rest documents in place.. Is there any way Starhub can help me obtain this without running from counter - counter... Would really appreciate that, thanks for any help

Hi,

Thanks for the reply, i need to open bank account, it requires mobile ownership document. I have EP and recently shifted to Singapore. I am not sure how to get mobile ownership document although i have a Starhub SIM.. Can you guide me on this..
