Card balance dropped for no reason

Recently my prepaid card balance dropped significantly despite the fact that i did not make any call nor any text message. For eg, within 24 hours, the balance dropped by SGD10 although i did not make any call for the whole day. Please help to have a check!

I just experienced the same thing, for the second time. first time it happened i didn’t think much about it, but this time it’s too obvious. just checked the amount yesterday to be $15, today without activating any plan or roaming overseas, it’s down to $0. i need a good explanation for this from Starhub, will be pm-ing them. 

 

if any of you guys receive a satisfactory/unsatisfactory response from them, could you post the replies here please? would help others out here. thanks.
