I waited LONG enough. My previous post u guys said that someone will help me on all those issue i have started. NO ONE HELPED ME!!!!
1. Dont get it wrong that by asking me to upgrade and get new phones are helping me...
2. These help or done nothing for the mistakes that was involved
3. Why am i paying the SMARTSUPPORT WHEN I CALLED STARHUB ANDF YOUR GUYS GAVE ME FALSE INFO THTA THERE NO EXCHANGE EVEN FOR PLATINIUM CLIENTS ONLY THE SECOND DAY I BOUGHT THE HANDPHONE WHICH IS SPOILT. $ 20 for the handset that took me 9 MONTHS to do an exchange . Why AM i PAYING THE SUBCRIPTION OF $90 per month FOR 9 months QWITHOUT A HANDSET!!!
Honestly i now DEMAND A COMPENSATION AND EXPLANATIION
How can we improve?
