Dear Kai Boon,

 

For my continued support for Starhub, I need to present this mailer and get this offer by 27 March 2013 but other new or re-contact customer who without this mailer can easily get same offer even after that date. Please correct me if I am wrong. This mailer seen to be a disadvantage to me.

Marketing gimmicks.. Both phones are free on SS100, even without the mailer..

Can't believe StarHub did this. Message customer service & StarHub Cares also no reply. Kind of disappointed.

Me & my family are Hub Club members. I still "love" StarHub because of the good old memories from their services.

To be honest, their call centre are so much more responsive than before. But for this, I really can't agree much.

Thank you but no thank you this time.
