Hi @Hawyongcm, we're sorry to hear your decision to discontinue your mobile service. First of all, I had to remove the mobile number you posted in the Community for your privacy and security. To answer your query, you may get in touch with my colleagues via Facebook Messenger by clicking the link below to terminate your mobile service. Upon termination of the service, a final bill invoice will be generated, indicating the pro-rated billing adjustments. Moreover, you will receive an SMS/email notification to acknowledge your request to terminate. Once the termination request has been completed, you will also receive another notification.
