Terminate mobile post-paid contract from overseas (ensure termination after plan expire)

Hi all,

I am overseas and would like to make sure that my contract is not continued after expire. I have been overseas already couple of months and just waited my 1-year SIM only plan expires by 27 Nov (in 3 days). I am fine to pay the bills until then. I tried to do it via Messenger but always waiting for someone to help after bot leads me through the various options.

To do so, please send a message to our Customer Care Support Team via Facebook Messenger by clicking the link below to request for the termination. Thereafter, a final bill invoice will be generated, indicating the pro-rated billing adjustments upon termination.
