Sim card not working

-sim card not working after travel back to malaysia

-tried restart phone, tried change to other phone but sim card still not working

-simcard might be faulty

-is there anyway i can get my simcard replaced in malaysia?

Hi @sonic_crush, I'm sorry to hear about this. Let me just clarify, did you activate your roaming service prior to your trip to Malaysia? Are you able to connect to a foreign network too?

@Carla_P I guess if he deems sim card is faulty then i guess he's not connected to a foreign network .

Hi Sonic, there is probably only 2 ways to troubleshoot your issue.

1) Try it on another phone to see if it's still the same

2) Are you using postpaid or prepaid?

3) Is roaming service activated on your line?
