S pass holder here. Asking about the requirements

I am an S pass holder, 20 years old and I'm new here in Singapore, I just want to ask ALL of the requirements in applying for a mobile plans. I also want to know the restrictions. I already went to one of your branch twice in failure of bringing the requirements because of the poor infromation given by one of the tellers there, and still cant apply. I am very pissed off honestly. So I went here to ask all of the REQUIREMENTS and RESTRICTIONS of an s pass holder, who is also 20 years old. Thanks in advance, hope this forum can help me. And I suggest you put the requirements in your website if possible to avoid making potential customers pissed off. Thank you
