Request for waiving termination charge

I was unable to pay some of previous month bills due to I came for india on my personal issues. Now I want to return to SG and when I about to pay my dues I saw there is termination charges in my bill. I don't want to terminate my connection and I want to continue my services. I truly asking apologies for my late payment and I've already paid my previous balances except my termination fees. I humbly request to waive my termination fee considering my situation.
