Re-contract

Hi,

I'm unable to proceed with my recontract in online store as i keep getting the popp-up that the item is unable to be reserved in inventory.

Can anyone assist me in this ?

Hi,

I can select the handset, color and price plan.

But i cannot proceed to select delivery date & time from the previous page as it will show item cannot be reserved in inventory.

Online purchase &or recontract are based on immediate sales.

There are no stock, it will not proceed any further.

 

If you can select the color, and result will follow immediately below.

The next is on storage, and plan, etc..

 

If not, you can contact the sales hotline 1630 CS to enquire more.

Suggest you to contact the sales hotline 1630 CS regarding the part you cannot proceed any further, and find out why.

 

There are possible the stock was no longer available.

 

I never come across in the stage as yours before, been doing online recontract for years.
