Recontract vouchers

Hi there,

Would appreciate if a background check can be done to check whether am I eligible for any recontracting vouchers.

Btw, I am pretty puzzled because for the past few years when I do a re-contract of my mobile accounts, I was only told that I am entitled to a voucher when I am over at the counter. Furthermore the CRO informed me that I should receive a notification if there is a vouchers issued on the system or physically but till to date when 2 of my lines are eligible for recontracting I have yet to hear anything.

I understand it is sometimes nice to be surprised but I would appreciate if I was notified about it so that I can purchase a better phone for my family members.
