Hi @AJ111, warmest welcome to GreenR Community. Are you only unable to receive OTP SMS? You're able to receive other SMS? Please try to reboot your phone and insert your SIM card in another device to see if the issue persists.

Hi, the issue was finally solved after 3 days after the port. Looks like some of the porting wasn’t completed properly. Now all done. Thanks
