Outstanding credit after porting to different networkam

Hi Starhub,

I have ported my number to different network and recurved my starhub final bill with negative amount. How can I get my outstanding credit amount as I am no longer able to login to starhub to request this.

Hi @lokesh119, once your account is inactive for 2 months, we will automatically refund the credit via cheque after offsetting any remaining charges on your other account(s). Kindly ensure that the information registered in our system matches your bank account holder's name and latest mailing address so that we can issue you a cheque to the correct address.
