Some years back someone used my ic to open a mobile line and i did not report it to the relevant authorities. I thought the culprit was caught as the letters stopped coming. Now i want to open a new mobile line but an unable to proceed as there is an outstanding bill. How do i get starhub to waive this amount of? Since young my mobile plan has been under my parent's name, now that i want to open a new line under my own name, i am facing this issue.
