Number failed to port over

Hi Starhub personnel,

Recently i tried to port my number from singtel postpaid to starhub postpaid and i got a SMS stating that porting unsuccessful.

so i went to singtel today to check with them, they checked and said there is no issue with the number.

What should i do?
