No Service for more than 1 day - is there an outage??
Is Starhub having an outage? There's totally no service for my line since 15th September until now (16th September 3:26pm).
When I called, they admit that there's an outage which affect some numbers but some customer service officers suggest me to change SIM card. Would like to know if there's anything to do with my SIM card or am I affected by the outage?? Going down to SH shop is easily 2-3 hours wait.
An outage of more than 1 day is ridiculous. And I couldn't find any outage info on Starhub site.
