No customer retention programme?!
My whole family have been a customer with Starhub for more than 10 years. My contract has ended and i requested for a complimentary voucher per previous practice. However your customer service team told me they dont have this sevice anymore???
May i know then how do you retain your customers? It is not benefitting to continue my contract with you guys and i have no qualms to change my telecomms operator since your competitors have better benefits??
Such a disappointment...
