New SIM Waiver

I have just signed up SIM only plan with Starhub.


I have been charged with $35 New SIM charge that supposedly to be waived.


Please assist to check on this issue.

Do send your subscriber details via
by clicking on 'Ask an Account Related Question'
and including your StarHub Community user name,
so that the customer support can check on this accordingly.



For SIM-only plan SIM card charges refer to the link, on point 7.

Starhub SIM-only plan



You still can appeal, hence submit to the link.
