Mobile plan terminated and request a refund of deposit

I've terminated my mobile plan last week and paid my last outstanding bill. 

Please indicate the procedure to initial deposit refunding (S$800 for foreigner), thanks

Hi @user_51a094, we're sorry to hear that you've terminated your service with us. Let me just share that upon the termination of the service, a final bill will be generated in 1-2 billing cycles after termination. The final bill will indicate the pro-rated billing adjustments, and in case you have a credit balance, you will see a negative amount in the final bill. Moreover, you will receive the remainder of the credit after offsetting any outstanding payment due to your NRIC/FIN. Once the account is inactive for 2 months, StarHub will automatically refund the credit via cheque for a credit balance greater than $5.
