I can't receive any OTP from Singapore bank,Singpass,Corp pass,CIMB Bank etc

I am Starhub postpaid card user. Currently I am at India I can't receive any OTP from Singapore bank,Singpass,Corp pass,CIMB Bank etc I need it to do some bank transactions & Company Tax filing in IRAS. So please help me to solve the problem asap. ,Already turn on roaming ,Changed Sim card to another device At the end still unable to resolve the problem

I am in touch with Starhub customer care but not get this sorted out for last 2 weeks..

Hi @salilsoman, apologies for the inconvenience caused. We'd love to help you with your concern, however, we need to refer you to my colleagues on Facebook or Twitter as this will require us to check your number settings' backend which we don't have access here on the Community.
