I can't activate my new 5g sim card

I've tried activating my new sim card on both the website and the app bit the option does not seem to be available

Hi, I'm also having this same issue. The new 5G SIM Card was delivered by a Starhub Trooper. But it can't seem to detect a network. Please help.
