How to terminate SIM only (non-contract) plan

I am leaving Singapore and would like to terminate SIM-only plan (non-contract). Do I need to visit Starhub shop or return my SIM card? Or is it Ok just to let it know to Starhub support center?

Hi @Marine777 

There's no need to return the SIM card to us. Just send us a message on https://m.me/StarHub with the mobile number that you're terminating as well as the effective date of termination. Once we've verified your identity, we will take care of it for you.
