How do I change my recurring credit card details?

My current card that is in my starhub app has expired. How do I change the details to another card that I own? I looked around and only found the form to cancel or apply for recurring credit card payment. Do I cancel before I apply with my new card?

Simply apply again with the form and it'll "overwrite" your existing payment mode Smiley Happy

Awesome. Here's how to do it

 

Once you have launched and logged in to My StarHub App (MSA):

  • Choose either Mobile, TV or Broadband at the bottom navigation
  • At the top of the screen, you'll See "Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening" and then a button [View -->]. Click that.
  • Select the billing account that you want to update your card information for (in case you have more than 1 active accounts) 
  • Scroll down until you see the Payment section and tap on the 3 dots (⋮) icon, select Change payment method.
  • Select Credit Card and enter your new Credit Card details.

postage-paid mailer included with the form or fax to 6721 5051.

This can be easily done on My StarHub App. Have you downloaded it yet? 

 

You can view your usage, bills, change plan, add/remove value-added services, change billing address, update credit card information and more!

This is temporary and will be reversed. This is a standard method used by companies to check if a credit card is valid. You don't have to pay for it.
