Hi i need a recontract voucher

Hi I have applied for a recontract voucher from your facebook Ai , It told me that i received a voucher but i dont see it in my starhub log in( I can see my wife's voucher in her log in). Please tell me how to proceed from here as my contract is ending in 2 months. July 2021

Hi @user_7edccc, warmest welcome to GreenR Community! Thanks for your interest to recontract. You may check your recontract voucher via our My StarHub App. Under Mobile Tab, click on ‘When am I able to recontract this line?’ Then Check eligibility results (see sample below)

I logged in as per you advised, i however do not see a recontract voucher available for my purchase as compared to my wife's log in. Hope you can point me to someone i can contact or i will just let the contract run it course.
