GIRO does not work

Hi Starhub,

I have set up GIRO successfully on my Starhub account. I am able to see the GIRO icon under selected payment methods on my Starhub account in the mobile app however Starhub is not deducting funds from my Bank account.

There is no alerts or notification of failures.

Can you help??

Hi Chernjie,

This requires contacting starhub for account related matters.

But however , the date of deduction will tell you on your bill when your Giro is being charged.
