Free IDD calls

I signed up for the Free IDD Calls paying $7 a month. 

 

Imagine my shock when I realised my bill was an extra $75 even though it was supposed to be a capped fee for calls to Australia. These were calls to Landline and not to Mobile. 

 

I checked the Terms and Conditions on the page and no where does it say there should be special dial instructions. 

 

Has anyone else had that experience? 

 

I left a message for a call back on Thursday. no-one called back. I'm currently travelling so I can't receive calls.

 

My bill payment is also a direct debit so I hope it gets resolved quickly or they credit my account!!

I still haven't received a response yet.

Does Starhub usually take this long to reply? It's not the first time that
I've been told that I will receive a response or a call back and it has not
happened.
